FABRIC SYSTEMS would like to thank you for placing your trust in our products. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure the best experience for our customers, we provide a product warranty within a specified period. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or external factors as outlined below.

Warranty Periods

  • Return & Exchange Period: Within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Standard Product Warranty: 3 years from the date of delivery.
  • Lightbox Products: 1 year warranty for LED components.

Terms of Warranty

  • Returns and Exchanges: Customers may return and request a replacement within 7 days if the product is found to have manufacturing defects that are clearly not caused by usage. We will provide a new replacement immediately.
  • Aluminum Frame and Fabric Print Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty covering issues arising from normal intended use.
  • Spare Parts Replacement: In the event of damaged spare parts, the company will immediately ship replacements (if the customer can perform the repair). Alternatively, customers may send the product back to us for expert repair.
  • Fabric Repair Service: If there are issues such as ink bleeding, stitching defects, or broken zippers, customers can send the product back for free repair services.

Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

  • Misuse or Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow the provided user manual.
  • Outdoor Usage: Our products are designed specifically for indoor use only. Any damage to the print or frame caused by outdoor exposure is not covered.

  • Product Modification: Any alterations or use of the product for purposes other than its original intent, including integration with third-party materials, will void the warranty immediately.
  • Accidents or Negligence: Damage caused by careless handling or unforeseen accidents.

Important Notes

  • If the issue falls within our warranty terms, there will be no charges for repair services or spare parts.
  • However, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with sending and returning the items for claim.
